Summary

A discussion of the Client Trust Account provisions of the California Business and
Professions Code Section 6210-6212, Rule 1.15 of the California Rules of Professional
Conduct, and the general operation and maintenance of a CTA. Included will be the
new requirements of reporting to the State Bar an attorney's duty of compliance with
the provisions of the statute and rule, and the compliance with the required reporting
information including the affirmation through a series of questions that the CTA is
properly maintained
