Summary

This two hour session will cover what constitutes a claim for harassment, discrimination or retaliation and what are the defenses to such claims. Also covered will be the administrative complaint and resolution process before state and federal agencies that occurs before litigation. The presenters will include the continuing evolution of case law and statutes.
