Course Description/Goals:
This program provides a practical overview of Elisor appointments in family law proceedings, including when they are appropriate, how to obtain them, and how to effectively implement. Attendees will learn strategic considerations, procedural requirements, and common pitfalls when dealing with uncooperative parties and stalled transfers of property.


Learning Objectives:
~ Participants will be able to identify when an Elisor appointment is
appropriate, understand the procedural steps to secure such an appointment,
and apply best practices to enforce family law orders efficiently and effectively.
