Summary

Do the rules of evidence apply in Family Law?
Yes, they do and the other rules of Civil Procedure too!
Our 2-day workshop will cover all aspects of conducting a trial in a family
law case, including strategy, pre-trial preparation, opening statements and
motions, examining witnesses, preparing and using exhibits and depositions,
closing arguments and preparing for appeals. The workshop will include
presentations, demonstrations, and/or commentary for each step of the
process.
