Summary

Depositions are the most potent of all discovery devices and how well you prepare may be what tips the scales in your favor. An essential part of deposition preparation is knowing what objections to make, when to make them, and why to make them regarding certain conduct or behaviors. If you don't, then you waive them! This could be everything! This program focuses on defending a  deposition and the objections that can and should be made as well as on the importance of and the compliance with the "Big Rules," several of which are not widely known or even followed by many practitioners.
