Summary

Probate Code Section 15800 has been amended to require notice to beneficiaries upon the incapacity of the Settlor of a trust.  Come to this presentation to find out what triggers these notifications and what notifications and accountings are now required under the Code. The Code will be analyzed in detail and sample forms will be provided in the seminar materials. This changes everything!
