~ Evaluate the role of emotional regulation strategies and interventions as well as trauma-informed practices in preparing clients to participate meaningfully in mediation and improving the likelihood of successful resolution.
~ Assess when a case is appropriate for a team-based mediation model and implement practical strategies to prepare clients and cases for productive settlement discussions.
