Mr. Beyers has been a partner at Beyers Costin Simon since 1975. Well known for his expertise in real estate, land use and regulatory law, he has represented numerous commercial and residential developers, contractors and property owners throughout Northern California. His work includes property acquisitions, financing, construction and environmental compliance. With over four decades of experience, Mr. Beyers brings a high degree of pragmatism, creativity, and problem solving in representing his clients’ interests.

Mr. Berry is an accomplished trial lawyer whose practice is largely focused on resolving construction defect, real estate, business, elder abuse, trust, and probate disputes. Mr. Terry has been practicing law in the greater Bay Area since his admission to the California State Bar in 1990. He has extensive trial and litigation experience in State and Federal Courts and has successfully resolved complex matters through jury trial, bench trial, arbitration, mediation and the appellate process. His wide range of business law experience includes commercial and banking matters, all types of real estate disputes, construction defect and contract claims, trademark and copy right disputes, business torts including trade secret and unfair competition claims, employment claims, shareholder partnership disputes, trust and will contests, premise liability and insurance claims, and resolution of tax disputes.
