Mr. King is an AV rated employment lawyer with over thirty years of litigation and trial experience in state and federal courts. He practices in all areas of employment law including wrongful employment termination, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour law, trade secrets litigation, contract disputes, and contract drafting. Mr. King has also litigated and tried cases in the fields of personal injury, real estate and contract law. He serves as a mediator in all civil litigation matters. Mr. King currently sits on the Petaluma City Counsel and has served on the Sonoma County Bar Association Board of Directors and the Sonoma County Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Committee. He was President of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce from 2005-2006 and was on its Board from 2000-2007.
