Mr. Titus is a sole practitioner focusing on tax controversy matters in Santa Rosa, California. Over the last 30 years, he has litigated on behalf of his clients in the U.S. Tax Court, District Court, Bankruptcy Court, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the U. S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Mr. Titus has represented numerous individuals and entities in administrative matters before the IRS ranging from collection, audits, and appeals. In addition to tax controversy work, he has represented and guided several small businesses in their formative years. Mr. Titus is a member of the California and New York bars. He is a member of the Tax Procedure and Litigation Committee of the Taxation Section of the California State Bar. Mr. Titus has an LL.M in Business and Taxation Transnational Practice from McGeorge School of Law awarded in 1985, and a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law awarded in 1983.

Mr. Moret has over 25 years’ experience and handles the firm’s estate, trust planning, and compliance services. He works with high net worth individuals and small to medium-sized businesses in the areas of tax compliance, planning, start-up and exit strategy. Mr. Moret provides tax services for manufacturing, wine and spirits, and high tech businesses. He received his Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1994. Mr. Moret is the firm’s representative for the North Bay Angels, and lives with his wife in Novato where he enjoys playing classical guitar in his spare time.
