Carla Boyd Terre
Terre Family Law

Carla Boyd Terre is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) by the State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is a family law attorney and mediator at Terre Family Law, a small family law firm in Santa Rosa. Ms. Boyd Terre worked briefly for a civil litigation firm in San Francisco and then started her family law practice as an Associate for Bruce H. Schwartz, CFLS, in Santa Rosa in 2004. After Mr. Schwartz passed away in 2007, Ms. Boyd Terre assisted Mr. Schwartz’s family with closing his law practice and started her own law firm in April 2007. Ms. Boyd Terre hired her first Associate in 2010 and since then Terre Family Law has grown to a three attorney firm with five support staff. Ms. Boyd Terre is also the Past President of SCBA (2015) and the past Chair Person of the SCBA Family Law Steering Committee (2009).

Gregory Spaulding
Spaulding McCullough & Tansil LLP

Mr. Spaulding is an experienced trial attorney representing businesses and individuals in the litigation of business disputes, trust and estate litigation, personal injury, construction claims, medical malpractice, employment claims and other matters. Mr. Spaulding has conducted more than forty legal seminars, helping people better understand the legal system. He also taught Health Care Law in the Business Administration Master’s Degree Program for the University of San Francisco. Mr. Spaulding is the current President of the Sonoma County Bar Association’s board of directors and Past President of the board of directors of Legal Aid of Sonoma County. He graduated with distinction from Southwestern University School of Law in 1982 and was a partner with Achor, Miller & Spaulding before starting his own firm in 1992.

Orchid Vaghti
Law Office of Orchid Vaghti

Ms. Vaghti started her legal career when she was sixteen, working as office staff for a prominent local criminal defense attorney. She graduated from Empire Law School in 2010 and started practicing criminal defense with her mentor and then employer in early 2011. After several years of experience and training in that setting, Ms. Vaghti started her own criminal defense practice in 2015. Ms. Vaghti is a co-chair for the Sonoma County Bar Association’s criminal law section, and serves on the executive committee of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, an organization dedicated to improving the California criminal justice system.
