Ms. Hoskins has over 25 years legal experience with a focus on real estate, business reorganization and secured creditor rights and remedies throughout the State and Federal Courts of California. She is currently serving as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division. Prior to her work with the Bankruptcy Court, Ms. Hoskins worked as a solo practitioner representing debtors and secured creditors in all phases of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases and as an bankruptcy and civil litigation attorney with the Law Offices of Christopher Lee.

Having lived through the 2015 Valley Fire in Lake County, the third-worst fire in California history, Ms. Hoskins shares her story and tips she learned “the hard way” for preparing and recovering from natural disasters.
