Effectively Presenting to the Jury

Mastering Brain-based Strategies for Winning Your Case

Amid the many factors in a courtroom trial – judges, attorneys, witnesses, proceedings, evidence – the final decision from the jury is made in one small arena: the brain. Modern brain science shows that engaging your jury in this arena is critical to your success.

In this workshop designed to keep the jury engaged with your presentation, you’ll learn:

  • How to use brain-based strategies to powerfully connect and present.
  • What motivates jurors.
  • How to use your body language to increase information retention.
  • Plus key insights into managing the jury’s use of Gender Targeting.

A mastery of presentation skills and jury management techniques is vital for competing in the most important arena – because before you can win the decision for your client, you must first win the Battle for the Brain.
