Discovery Update 2014

Hon. Elaine Rushing (Ret.)
JAMS

Judge Rushing spent 6 years as Supervising Judge of the Civil Division of the Sonoma County Superior Court. She has tried over 100 civil jury trials, plus heard more than 2,500 law and motion hearings and court trials. She was elected Presiding Judge in 1994 and 1995. She was Research Editor of the Hastings Law Journal and Order of the Coif. She is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Syracuse University. Judge Rushing is now a full time mediator and arbitrator with JAMS and teaches Negotiations at Boalt Hall.
