Kinna Crocker, Crocker Law

Ms. Kinna Crocker is the owner of Crocker Law, a law firm providing full service legal representation in all matters relating to family formation through adoption and surrogacy, dissolution of marriage and domestic partnerships, and disputes Involving unmarried/unregistered couples. Kinna is the founder and current chair of the LGBTQI Law Section of the Sonoma County Bar Association (SCBA) and is the current chair of the Family Law Steering Committee of the SCBA. She is a member of the Diversity + Inclusion Section of the SCBA, the National LGBT Bar Association’s Family Law Institute, and Sonoma County Women in Law. Kinna was a founding member of the Sonoma County LGBTQI Giving Circle and former board member for Positive Images. She previously served on the State Bar of California Council on Access and Fairness Committee on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Discrimination and the Mental Health Liaison Committee of the SCBA. Kinna was also recognized by the National LGBT Bar Association as one of the Best LGBTQI Lawyers in 2013.

Ms. Estes has been licensed to practice law since 1994. She is a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialists. She was President of Sonoma County Women in Law for a two-year term, has served on the Family Law Steering Committee and the Mental Health Committee. She volunteers as a Settlement Panelist for the Sonoma County Courts, for Legal Aid and for Sonoma County Legal Services Foundation. Ms. Estes is regularly appointed by the court to act as minor’s counsel. She also regularly acts as a Parenting Coordinator in parenting disputes. She is the recipient of the following awards, Sonoma County Legal Aid, Honored volunteer – 2013, Sonoma County Courts, Honored Volunteer for the Settlement Conference Panel Program -2010, Equal Access to Justice, Sonoma County Legal Aid 2002, Outstanding Attorney’s in the Classroom from Sonoma County Legal Services Foundation in 1997.
