Madden, John
John C. Madden, QDRO & Valuation Expert, QDRO Counsel

Mr. Madden is a founder of QDROCounsel, a legal technology company for pension division. His is a nationally recognized Valuation and QDRO expert. He is also a partner at Moon, Schwartz, and Madden, a valuation consulting firm specializing in assisting individuals, family law attorneys, and their clients in dividing community property interest in retirement benefits.

Mr. Madden is recurrent expert witness in actuarial pension valuations, stock options, and (Q)DROs in the Superior Court of various California counties. Mr. Madden has also been a guest speaker at various family law conferences in Northern and Southern California. He is
a member of the “QDRONES,’ a national study group comprised of QDRO attorneys and pension valuation experts.
