New Housing Laws for 2020

Join us for a workshop on the new housing legislation enacted by the California State Legislature. The presentation will focus on the major changes to housing law that went into effect in January 2020. From new tenant protections (like Just-Cause Eviction and rent cap) to changes to mobile home park law to an overhaul of ADU ordinances, there is a lot to learn. This presentation will focus mostly on new tenant protections and offer an analysis of the new laws and a discussion of their implications for attorneys that practice landlord/tenant law.
