Mr. McCullough’s practice is focused on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, real estate, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Prior to joining Spaulding McCullough & Tansil, Keenan worked in the Silicon Valley office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and before that, as a senior associate at KPMG LLP, where he obtained his CPA license. He graduated with a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a member of the USF Law Review.
