The Art and Science of Jury Selection: Civil and Criminal

This course will cover the selection of jurors to sit on a jury in criminal and civil cases. Information will be provided about how and why questions are asked of potential jurors. The manner and style of questions will be covered. The use of preemptory challenges, the hidden agendas in jury selection, and knowing when to stop will also be topics of discussion. The panel, with the accumulated experience of over 300 jury trials, will provide you with their thoughts about jury selection and will respond to all questions asked during the presentation.
