Tom Kenney has been in private practice in Sonoma County since 1971. His practice areas include General Civil Trial practice, including Products Liability, Negligence, Administrative, and Insurance Law. Before going into private practice Mr. Kenney served as a deputy district attorney for Sonoma County. He is a past president of Sonoma County Bar Association, a past Career of Distinction Award recipient, volunteer Judge Pro Tem, and a local bar settlement conference volunteer.

Holly Rickett
Attorney at Law
Holly Rickett practices in the area of general civil litigation. During her 18 years in legal practice she has been employed by both large corporate law firms as well as for single practioners. Ms Rickett has also worked steadily as a contract attorney for 8 years for firms of all sizes and with varied practice specialties throughout the Bay Area. She has been a professor at Empire School of the Law since 1997. She has served as a Juror on the Sonoma County Grand Jury as well as President of Sonoma County Women in Law. Currently she is finishing up her 3 year term as a board member of the Sonoma County Bar Association. In her spare time she tries to catch her breath.
