Mr. Perry practices in the areas of land use, real estate, and business law. He represents clients before various administrative and planning agencies, including County of Sonoma, City of Santa Rosa, Town of Windsor, City of Petaluma, City of Rohnert Park, City of Sonoma, City of Cotati, City of Sebastopol, Sonoma County Airport Land Commission and Water Quality and Air Quality Boards. Mr. Perry also represents clients in general real estate, environmental and contractual litigation. He has significant experience in CEQA compliance and litigation.

Prior to re-opening her own firm, Ms. Wallis was of counsel in Carle, Mackie, Power & Ross’s Land Use and Environmental Group, a shareholder in a law firm, an Assistant City Attorney and Deputy County Counsel advising counties, cities, and special districts on land use, environmental, public works, general government, airport and landfill matters. Ms. Wallis now advises clients on all aspects of land use, such as general plan updates, zoning code updates, compliance with California’s Environmental Quality Act, land use entitlements for residential and commercial projects, and conservation easements.

Rose Zoia’s practice focuses on land use law and civil appeals and writs. She represents environmental and citizens groups , as well as the occasional applicant, in cases including CEQA, NEPA, general plan and zoning laws, and other land use laws. She has practiced in more than a dozen superior courts in counties throughout California as well as in each of the six districts of the California Courts of Appeal and the Eastern, Central and Northern Districts of the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeal.
