Getting Ready for Trial: It’s All About Me, But Not About Me At All

Getting ready for trial is a daunting task. There are administrative, legal, and intellectual aspects and all of them have to be addressed. Having a philosophy that guides your preparation is key to success. A portion of the presentation will certainly emphasize jury selection, but other issues include how to approach the issues in your case before you’re even before the fact-finder, organizational strategies and getting out of your own way. This CLE is designed to be helpful to all litigators – whether you’re getting ready for a major hearing, a complex court trial or a jury trial.
