Strategies, tactics, and expectations in chambers.
The panel will feature Jack DeMeo and Bart Weitzenberg for the plaintiffs’ perspective, Mark Peters and Mike Miller for the defense, and the Honorable Gary Nadler and the Honorable Mark Tansil for the bench. The discussion will attempt to fit the give-and-take of pre-trial proceedings into the revised rules dealing with those matters.
The program is designed for trial lawyers who regularly try jury trials as well as those who want to know what really goes on behind those closed doors.
